Hotel Amstelzicht is a 3 star hotel located in the historical heart of Amsterdam behind the famous "Rembrandtplein". Hotel Amstelzicht offers a tasteful interior and a warm atmosphere. It is suitable for tourists because of the central location for shopping (Kalverstraat), Museums (Van Gogh), entertainment (Rembrandtplein) as well as business guests (RAI Exhibition Centre).
The historical building where the hotel is located, was build in 1659 and was completely renovated in 1999. With only twelve rooms and apartments, it is a small and cosy hotel. Hospitality is its most important feature.
There is no elevator in the hotel. The reception is open from 8 am � 10 pm. If you plan to arrive outside these office hours please notify the hotel in advance and let them know your flight number and arrival time, so the hotel manager will wait for you to welcome you. Check-in time for the hotel rooms is from 2pm and check-in time for the apartments is from 5pm. The hotel does not serve breakfast. However, there are many small restaurants in close vicinity that do serve breakfast.
Please note: The hotel will pre-authorize your credit card 7 days prior to the arrival date. Hotel Amstelzicht accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The hotel does not accept Diners Card. Payment takes place upon arrival.

All quad room are spacious with a comfortable interior and are equipped with 4 single beds and private facilities, bathroom (toilet, shower, washbasin, hair drier), television, safe, telephone, wireless Internet and coffee and tea facilities. The quad rooms are located next to the hotel in an annex (not in the main hotel building). Maximum 4 persons per room.

All City apartments(40m2) have a comfortable interior and are fully furnished with bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room (television, sitting area, telephone) with open kitchen (microwave, fridge, cooking area, coffee/tea facilities) and a bedroom. An iron and hairdryer are available at the reception. The apartments can accommodate 2 to 4 persons. Please mention the number of persons in the remarks field on the booking form. There are two beds in the bedroom and 2 sofa or extra beds in the living room. The apartments are located close to the hotel in a small gated side street. You will receive your own set of keys so you have your own place in the city of Amsterdam. The minimum stay is 3 nights. All apartments are "self catering". This means that there is no service during your stay and by check-out certain things need to be done.

All Canal view apartments (70m2) have a living room with a view over the Amstel river, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with whirlpool and toilet. In the living room there is a sofa bed for the 3th and 4th person. The open kitchen has all facilities such as a cooking area, dishwasher, microwave, fridge etc. Other facilities in the room are a telephone, satellite television and a safe.
